About
Notice shows a live timer in your Dynamic Island while you're in apps like Instagram or TikTok. It counts up in real time, nudges you gently at set intervals, and turns red after your limit. No blocking, no guilt — just quiet awareness, so the choice to keep scrolling stays yours. Setup takes under a minute per app via Shortcuts. Runs fully on-device: no account, no data ever leaves your phone.
