Employees check in and out using their phone with Face ID or Touch ID, or a personal QR code at a shared terminal — no dedicated hardware or employee app required. Managers can track attendance, late arrivals, early departures, overtime and actual worked time across locations. Location is verified only at check-in and is never stored.
