today everyone seems to be announcing new git remotes, so I made my own: git·vodka. it is a small custom git remote for friends and family, and it contains its own source code. the goal was basically to have a nicer ux than bare repos without turning it into a huge platform. everything runs on Cloudflare infra: workers, R2 for blob storage and d1 for the database. currently it is running entirely on the workers free plan, which is honestly pretty awesome. you can visit git.vodka to see and test it :)
