MyCS turns the Incident Command System — the framework first responders use to run emergency scenes — into a personal productivity platform. It organizes your life into 8 command positions (Command, Planning, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Safety, PIO, Liaison), each owning a domain so nothing falls through the cracks. Core to it: the O²A³ loop (Observe, Orient, Align, Act, Assess) for fast, clear decisions. Built by a 20+ yr fire battalion chief. Live on iOS, Android coming.
