About
Every health app asks nicely. Then it pings, and you swipe it away with the same thumb that opens Instagram. So we stopped asking. Pick the apps that get you and the habits that get you somewhere: a run, water, a fast, sleep, a weigh-in, meditation. Those apps stay blocked until the habit is done. Workouts and sleep come straight from Apple Health, so your Watch, Garmin or Strava already counts. Take on a quest with friends and see who keeps it. Ahonui is Hawaiian for patience.
