CELL is an open-source biological data storage simulator that implements low-level Verilog code directly into cellular architecture using the Cello framework. To bypass metabolic strain, it introduces an inverted CRISPRi logic gate system (0=ON/1=OFF via dCas9) that processes text strings into DNA bit-arrays. The live browser app features an interactive 2.5D interface allowing users to inject chemical triggers and decode real-time optical pulse streams back into ASCII text.
