About
Reality check: 12 hours glued to a char, 4 cups of coffe, 0 cups of water and standing desk used strictly as a coat rack. Sound familiar? I built Office Mom to fix my own terrible work habits, to keep focusing the most important things for a healthy office life - Water consumption and movement goals. It gives you smart, gentle nudges throughout the day to stay hydrated, stand up and actually prioritize your health while grinding. Your body (and you chair)) will thank you!
