Wardkey is an experimental Windows credential broker for Git and the AWS CLI. Instead of leaving tokens in plain files, it keeps them in an encrypted vault and releases one only if the requesting app matches your policy, optionally with a Windows Hello prompt per request. Fake “decoy” credentials trigger alerts, and every decision goes into a tamper-evident log. Open source, written in Go, early prototype: use dummy credentials. Feedback welcome.
