About
FarPause is a macOS eye-care reminder built on the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Unlike noisy Pomodoro timers, FarPause delivers a calm, minimal break — a soft full-screen overlay with no flashy distractions, designed to get your eyes off the screen. Features: menu bar countdown, global pause, multi-monitor support, auto-pause when idle, and a native macOS experience. Rest your eyes. Look far away.
