Most wellness apps are built for someone who already exercises. This one is for a household — including people who'd never download a fitness app. Tell it about injuries, conditions and the equipment you have, and it builds a plan from fixed rules — then shows what it left out and why. Low-impact because of a knee. Meals come from what's already in your kitchen. Everyone picks what their family sees. No account needed. Add to your home screen and it runs like an app.
