About
At a coworking space, my friend kept catching me hunched over my laptop: "Stop shrimping, bro." He had a point. In one study, every office worker had slumped within 20 minutes of sitting. Situpbro puts that friend in your Mac menu bar: a quick nudge to sit up and relax your shoulders that never steals keyboard focus. Pick your interval, corner, and working hours. No camera. Free for 24 hours, then $4.99 once for 2 Macs.
