About
Tempo blocks the apps you choose — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games — and reopens them only with minutes of real activity. Workouts and steps from Apple Health or Health Connect fill a balance of screen minutes, at the exchange rate you set. Above zero, every locked app opens; at zero, iOS shuts them again, even with Tempo closed. No ignore button, no emergency exit, no code. No account, no server, no analytics. Free on iPhone and Android.
