If I'm abusing Show HN feel free to downvote (I know this blurs the line between a job post and a Show), but genuinely just trying to get some feedback from other engineers / engineering leaders on an approach we're trying here @ DocLoop re: engineering interviewing. TLDR: Now that coding is no longer at a premium my thesis is that alignment is more precious than ever.... this is my optimistic attempt at trying to build something that achieves a _little_ bit of it. It's a compromise between the challenges everyone hates taking and _something_ that a recruiting team can use to get some meaningful signal amidst the sea of AI submissions that come. Definitely open to critique!
