No scraping and no unofficial APIs; it only reads exports you download yourself. Measures something other tools don't: not screen time or a personal CRM, but "attention people gave you that you never returned" (unanswered shared reels/links, who is waiting on a reply, fading friendships). Five chat sources, one ranked list: Instagram/Messenger JSON, WhatsApp Android and iOS text exports, Telegram JSON, iMessage from a Mac chat.db or an unencrypted iPhone backup on Windows. Builds a habit: weekly digest with desktop notification, an iOS Scriptable widget ("3 people are waiting on you"), and an HTML report with links to every unanswered reel and a copy button for the opener. Zero-dependency web app: plain HTML/JS in docs/, installable and offline, and can auto-pick up new exports from your Downloads folder in Chrome/Edge. Parsers are covered by a test suite (10 tests, all passing).
