Hi, We've been working on this for the last 9 months and are nervcited to share this on HN and gather input. StrictLLM is a desktop application for Mac, Windows, and Linux that will give you the following abilities: - Human-in-the-loop with a strong focus in security and control - Permissions enforced by code rather than a prompt - Being able to talk to multiple AIs in the same conversation thread - You can pull in any personas by @Mentions. - Local and cloud models supported (OpenAI API Compatible and Anthropic Compatible) - - LM Studio, Lemonade Server, Ollama, Claude, Strata, ChatGPT, OpenRouter, Kilo Gateway, etc. List is not exhaustive - No telemetry is collected. The only network requests being made will be to check for updates and license activation. Your chats, prompts, tools, and sessions are yours to keep and manage.
