ClonePeek is a free, MIT-licensed, offline Python CLI and GitHub Action that inventories commands configured to run through npm lifecycle scripts, VS Code folder-open tasks, devcontainers, Cursor and Claude Code hooks, and local MCP server launches. It reports trigger, source, and review advice in text, JSON or SARIF without executing target scripts. Cross-platform Python 3.10+, no runtime dependencies. A heuristic checklist, not a malware detector or sandbox.
