Most fundraising tools are hosted services: the form and the donor data live on the vendor's servers. Gratora is an open-source WordPress plugin, so it runs on the nonprofit's own site, donor data stays in its own database, and payments go through its own Stripe or PayPal account. The free plugin covers the whole path: forms built in the block editor, recurring donations, campaign pages, funds, donor management, a donor portal and PDF receipts.
