DoppiNow is a focus game for people with ADHD. Task initiation, time blindness and endless tab-hopping make classic site blockers feel like punishment, so DoppiNow rewards you instead. Set one goal, start a timer, and every focused minute earns XP with a combo up to x5. Drift for 10 seconds and the page gently ripples, no blocking. Come back to earn +25 XP and jump to your last page in one tap. A Chrome extension with three themed worlds, badges, streaks and a focus dashboard.
