I was frustrated with Google Analytics and Plausible, and I wanted something simple that highlighted actionable things I could focus on to improve revenue. Less focus on vanity metrics like pageviews, instead just showing where revenue comes from. That tells you what's the most profitable and best use of your time, at a glance. So I built the tool I wanted. One of the first side projects I ever worked on was a web analytics tool back when I was teaching myself how to code almost 25 years ago when I was 18. So it feels like coming full circle to actually build a web analytics tool. I've always struggled to finish side projects and do the last 20% of polish (which takes 80% of the time somehow). Coding and building things is fun, but that work is tedious. I credit AI with making it easier to the point where I can actually finish side projects now. I'm very interested in what others think and how I could improve it. Be honest, but gentle please :)
