Solace Vera sits between an AI's decision and its action. Before anything happens, the AI has to justify its reasoning. Every decision creates its own audit record with a unique fingerprint, so the AI can't go back and change its answers. All records are compiled into one full record over time. If the justification doesn't hold up, the action comes to a full stop and goes to a human for review. Open source.
