One REST API key for seven validators: EU VAT numbers checked against VIES and answered from cache when a member state's registry is down, IBANs, national IDs (NIF, NAS, SSN), emails (MX, typo, disposable, 0–100 quality score) and phone numbers. One quota, one bill. The VAT audit trail keeps VIES consultation numbers for 30 days to 10 years depending on the plan.
