Hi HN! I’m an independent developer from Ukraine, and I missed the simplicity and raw speed of classic dual-panel tools like Far Manager and Norton Commander. I built LAN Commander — a modern, keyboard-driven TUI file manager written in native C++ for Windows: - 100% portable, single binary under 1 MB (~700 KB) with zero dependencies. - Non-blocking asynchronous background file operations and drive monitoring. - Built-in multi-threaded LAN scanner (SMB/NetBIOS ports 445/139). - Integrated text & Hex editor with syntax highlighting and regex search. - Full support for smooth scrolling, VFS, and even a built-in classic Tetris.
