A friend and I built this for our own calls and are sharing it as is. The itch: we kept copy-pasting Granola transcripts into Claude mid-call, and wondered what would happen if the agent just joined. Two-minute demo: https://youtu.be/XhCSRiiL67A How it works: a local Electron app joins the Meet in its own browser as a participant. Your agent drives it over MCP (or HTTP): tools to listen, speak, and write to a shared whiteboard. Any MCP agent works; we built for Claude Code first, and Codex and Cursor run it too. It is your actual session, on your machine, in your repo, with your skills, so it can do real work during the call instead of summarizing afterwards. The hack: by default it does no speech recognition of its own. It reads Meet's live captions, and speaks through a virtual microphone. This is cheap and surprisingly good! (There is also an experimental realtime mode in app preferences that puts OpenAI's speech-to-speech model in the voice seat, with your agent feeding it facts.) Bring an ElevenLabs key for a better voice. Works with Google Meet and Slack huddles today; Zoom is in progress. Known issues are in the README. Try it in your next Google Meet and surprise a friend. Let us know what you think!
